By using our website, submitting a form, booking a consultation, purchasing a package or engaging Due Hands Global for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website or purchase our services.
Due Hands Global may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
2. Our Services
Due Hands Global provides private and corporate support services connected to travel, tourism, corporate concierge support, event coordination, transaction support, due diligence support, market entry support, business registration support, development administration and agent-style services in Canada.
Services may be offered as ready-to-purchase packages, consultation-based services or customized service arrangements depending on the nature of the request.
The specific scope, fees, timelines and requirements for each service will depend on the service selected, information provided, third-party involvement and any additional requirements confirmed before service begins.
3. Service Scope
Due Hands Global provides services only within the agreed scope of work. The scope may be confirmed through a website package description, written communication, service agreement, invoice, consultation summary or approved service plan.
Any services, tasks, deliverables or support not clearly included in the agreed scope are not included unless confirmed separately in writing.
Due Hands Global reserves the right to decline, pause or cancel a service request if the request falls outside our service scope, creates a legal or compliance concern, requires professional licensing we do not hold or cannot be completed with the information provided.
4. No Legal, Financial, Immigration or Tax Advice
Due Hands Global does not provide legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, accounting advice, immigration advice, banking services, regulated escrow services or regulated professional services.
Where legal, financial, tax, accounting, immigration, licensing, banking, escrow or other regulated professional support is required, clients are responsible for obtaining advice from appropriately qualified professionals.
Due Hands Global may assist with administrative coordination or referral support where appropriate, but any professional advice, filings, approvals or regulated services must be provided by the appropriate licensed or authorized professionals.

Due Hands Global may coordinate with third-party providers as part of service delivery. These may include hotels, transportation providers, venues, tour operators, event vendors, airlines, booking platforms, payment processors, legal professionals, immigration professionals, financial professionals, accountants, consultants, government offices or other service providers.

7. Pricing, Fees and Payment
Service fees are listed or quoted based on the service type, scope and level of support required.
Some services may require full payment in advance. Other services may require a deposit, retainer or staged payment.
Third-party fees, government fees, professional fees, vendor charges, payment processing fees, taxes and other external costs may be separate from Due Hands Global service fees unless clearly stated otherwise.
All mandatory Due Hands Global fees will be disclosed before purchase or confirmation. Prices may change before confirmation if the scope changes, third-party costs change or additional services are requested.
Work may not begin until payment, deposit or written approval has been received where required.
8. Consultations
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a consultation has been booked.
Clients may request to reschedule a consultation by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
If a client misses a scheduled consultation, arrives late or fails to provide sufficient notice, the consultation fee may be forfeited.
Consultations are intended to understand the client’s needs, review the requested service and identify possible next steps. A consultation does not guarantee service approval, third-party approval, visa approval, transaction completion, business outcome or any other external result.
9. Ready-to-Purchase Service Packages
Some Due Hands Global services may be offered as ready-to-purchase packages with a defined scope.
Clients may request a cancellation and refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided that work has not started, no service arrangements have been made and no third-party costs have been incurred.
Once Due Hands Global has begun planning, coordination, communication, document review, vendor contact or other service-related work, the package may become partially or fully non-refundable depending on the work completed.
Any unused portion of Due Hands Global service fees may be reviewed at our discretion, but third-party costs remain subject to the policies of the applicable provider.
10. Custom and Consultation-Based Services
Some services require consultation, review, planning or a customized service arrangement before work begins.
For custom services, deposits and retainers are generally non-refundable once Due Hands Global begins work. This includes planning, research, coordination, communication, document preparation, third-party outreach or any other approved service activity.
If a client cancels after work has started, any refund will be limited to the unused portion of Due Hands Global service fees, if applicable, after deducting completed work, administrative time, committed resources and non-refundable third-party costs.
11. Travel, Tourism and Event Services
Travel, tourism, corporate concierge and event-related services may involve time-sensitive arrangements, third-party vendors, transportation providers, accommodations, venues, tour operators and other external providers.
Cancellation eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation, the work already completed and the cancellation terms of any third-party providers involved.
The following general cancellation structure may apply to Due Hands Global service fees:
More than 14 days before the service date
A partial refund may be available if work has started, after deducting completed work, administrative time and non-refundable costs.
7 to 14 days before the service date
Refunds may be limited because planning, coordination and vendor arrangements may already be underway.
Less than 7 days before the service date
Service fees may be non-refundable due to the time-sensitive nature of the work and resources committed.
Third-party charges are subject to the refund and cancellation policies of the applicable provider.
12. Third-Party Costs
Third-party costs are non-refundable once paid or committed unless the third-party provider issues a refund.
These costs may include:
- Government fees
- Visa-related fees
- Professional fees
- Vendor deposits
- Venue deposits
- Accommodation charges
- Transportation charges
- Tour and activity charges
- Payment processing fees
- Administrative or booking charges imposed by third parties

13. Rescheduling
Where possible, Due Hands Global may assist clients with rescheduling services. Rescheduling is subject to availability, third-party policies and the nature of the service.
Additional fees may apply if rescheduling requires extra coordination, revised bookings, vendor changes, new documentation or additional administrative work.
14. Client Delays or Missing Information
Clients are responsible for providing required information, documents, approvals and payments on time.
If a service is delayed, disrupted or cannot be completed because the client fails to provide required information, documents, approvals or payment, Due Hands Global may not be able to issue a refund.
Due Hands Global may pause or close a service file if the client does not respond within a reasonable time or if required information remains outstanding.
15. Cancellation by Due Hands Global
Due Hands Global reserves the right to cancel or decline a service request where the service cannot be provided, the request falls outside our scope, required information is not provided, professional or regulatory requirements cannot be satisfied or a conflict, risk or compliance concern arises.
If Due Hands Global cancels a service before work has started and no third-party costs have been incurred, the client will receive a refund of Due Hands Global service fees paid.
If work has already started, any refund will be assessed based on the portion of service completed and any non-refundable costs incurred.
16. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, financial institution or third-party platform involved.
Payment processing fees, currency conversion charges or third-party deductions may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
